【Before You Buy】To ensure a smooth shopping experience and avoid the hassle of returns, we encourage you to contact our customer service team with any questions regarding sizing, materials, or fit before placing your order. We are here to help!
【7-Day Appreciation Period】
In accordance with Taiwan's Consumer Protection Act, PEHOM offers a 7-day appreciation period (starting from the day after you receive your order).
Please note that the appreciation period is for inspection only, not for trial use.
PEHOM reserves the right to charge a restocking fee or decline the return if the item is returned with removed tags, signs of use, wash damage, or other defects caused by the customer.
【Return Process (Requesting a Refund)】If you decide to return an item, please submit your request within the 7-day appreciation period. PEHOM covers the return shipping cost for domestic returns in Taiwan.

info@pehomnyc.comor contact us via site messaging within 7 days of receiving your order.Pack Your Item: Ensure the item is in brand new, unused condition (with tags attached, gifts included, and original packaging intact). Please use the original shipping box or a sturdy bag. DO NOT stick shipping labels directly onto the product's original packaging or shoe box.
Ship It Back: Our team will provide return instructions (e.g., courier pickup or drop-off) upon confirmation. Please keep your shipping receipt.
Inspection & Refund: Once received, our warehouse will inspect the item(s) within 3-5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. (Credit card refunds depend on your bank's processing time).
【Refund & Shipping Fee Calculation】To ensure fairness and compliance, refunds are calculated as follows:
Full Order Returns: If you return all items in your order, we will refund the actual amount paid for the items plus the original shipping fee.
Partial Returns: If you return only part of the items and keep others, the original shipping fee will not be refunded (as it covers the shipment of the items you kept).
Free Shipping Threshold Adjustments: If a partial return causes the remaining order total to fall below a Free Shipping or Promotional Discount threshold, the original shipping fee or discount amount will be deducted from your refund.
【Exchange Service (Size/Color)】Exchanges are an additional service offered by PEHOM and are not mandated by law.
Eligibility: Exchanges are limited to the same item in a different size or color, subject to stock availability.
Shipping Costs: Unless the item is defective, the customer is responsible for all round-trip shipping costs associated with exchanges (personal preference, size changes, etc.).
Process: Please contact customer service to check stock availability. Once confirmed, ship the item back within 3 days. We will ship the replacement item within 7 business days after receiving and inspecting the return.
【Non-Returnable Conditions】PEHOM reserves the right to refuse returns or deduct a restocking fee in the following cases:
The 7-day appreciation period has expired.
The item shows signs of use, stains, odors (perfume, smoke, etc.), or has been washed.
Tags are removed, accessories are missing, or promotional gifts are not returned.
The original product packaging (e.g., shoe box) is damaged or has shipping labels stuck directly on it.
Promotional gifts not returned with the order (the value of the gift will be deducted).
【Defect Standards】
Not Considered Defects: Minor loose threads, size variance within 2cm, slight color differences due to screen settings, new product smell, or minor packaging creases caused during transit are acceptable by international inspection standards and are not considered defects.
Defective Items: If you receive a significantly damaged or defective item, please take photos and contact us immediately upon receipt. We will resolve the issue for you as quickly as possible.
